Eight details that turn a question into a quote
The most complete briefs get priced the fastest. If you can answer these eight points, we can normally come back with numbers straight away instead of a round of questions.
- 1Product and use case — what goes in the bottle: serum, lotion, shampoo, hand soap, sanitizer, cleaner, oil.
- 2Capacity in ml — the fill volume you are designing around, not the brimful number.
- 3Material preference — PET, HDPE, PP, PETG or recycled PCR; say the word if you are not sure, we will recommend one.
- 4Neck finish or closure — for example 24/410 or 28/410, or the pump, sprayer, dropper, disc-top or cap you plan to use.
- 5First-order quantity and annual forecast — the run size and the repeat volume behind it.
- 6Decoration and colour — silk screen, label, hot stamp, plating or unprinted, plus the colour reference.
- 7Destination market and compliance — the country you sell in, and whether you need FDA, EU 10/2011 or GRS documentation.
- 8Required date and destination — when it has to arrive, and the port or warehouse it ships to.

Plenty of projects start from a photo of a bottle someone liked. Send clear images or a physical sample and we will measure the capacity, neck finish and weight, then tell you honestly whether one of our existing moulds is close enough or whether new tooling is the right answer.
We sign a mutual NDA before you share drawings, artwork or formulation details, and a private mould built for you is not offered to other buyers.
Estimating from a photo is an estimate, not a promise — we confirm every dimension against a physical sample or a signed drawing before tooling starts.

Buyers who visit before placing a first order skip most of the risk. You are welcome at our 15,000 ² integrated plant in Huiyang District, Huizhou, where mould making, injection, blow moulding, decoration and packing sit under one roof instead of being split across subcontractors.
- •What you will walk through: 30+ automatic blow-moulding lines, the injection shop, the in-house mould shop and the QC lab.
- •Notices: give us about 5–7 working days so we can line the visit up with the lines running your format.
- •Third-party audits: you are free to send your own inspector or an agency for a pre-shipment inspection; we agree the checklist and the date in advance.
- •Documents on request: capability statement and copies of our ISO 9001, FDA-compliant material, food-grade, EU 10/2011, CE and GRS certificates.
- •Getting here: tell us your arrival airport — we can arrange pickup from Shenzhen Bao’an (SZX) or Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN) on request.
Who you will talk to

Quick answers
MOQ depends on the product and mold. Stock molds allow smaller trial runs (a start-up fee applies under 10,000 pcs); custom accessories start at 5,000 pcs in white/black/natural, or 10,000 pcs for custom colors.
Stock-mold samples typically ship in 3–10 days. Private molds follow after tooling design and sign-off.
Yes. Our in-house mold shop designs and builds private tooling that stays exclusive to your brand — from concept and 3D to sample and mass production.
PET, HDPE, PP, PETG and GRS-certified PCR; finishes include transparent, solid, pearl, matte/frosted, soft-touch and iridescent, with silk screen, labels, hot stamp and more.

Sampling runs about 7–10 days on an existing mould; if new tooling is needed, tooling plus sample runs 15–30 days. Bulk production is then typically 15–30 days, quoted against your confirmed artwork and quantity.
