Browse bottles by material
Material decides almost everything else about a bottle — clarity, chemical resistance, cost and how it is recycled. These four families cover the products we make most often.
PET bottles
Clear, glossy and strong. The default choice for cosmetic and skincare products where the formula has to be visible on shelf.
View PET bottles →PE bottles
Soft, squeezable and resistant to many chemicals. Suited to lotions, gels and products dispensed by pressure.
View PE bottles →HDPE bottles
Opaque, tough and the standard for household, cleaning and automotive products where durability beats transparency.
View HDPE bottles →PETG bottles
Thick-walled, glass-like and shatter-resistant. Used for premium serum, toner and gift-set packaging.
View PETG bottles →Browse bottles by capacity
Capacity is usually the first thing a buyer knows and the last thing they change. The table below maps the sizes we produce most to the products they typically hold — use it to find the right filter band above.
| Capacity band | Typically used for | Common formats |
|---|---|---|
| 5–30 ml | Serum, essence, oil, sample and travel sizes | Dropper bottles, pen-style bottles, mini sprayers |
| 30–100 ml | Facial toner, hand sanitiser, primer, mist | Slim PET/PETG bottles with pump or sprayer |
| 100–200 ml | Lotion, cleanser, hair oil, sanitiser gel | Lotion pump bottles, disc-top and flip-top |
| 200–400 ml | Body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel | High-shoulder bottles with disc-top or pump |
| 400–750 ml | Family-size shampoo, body wash, hand soap | Wide-body bottles, pump or flip-top closures |

Browse by neck finish and closure
A bottle only works if the closure fits it. Our range spans the standard thread sizes used across personal care and household packaging, plus wide-mouth and foam-pump necks. The neck finish of every product is listed on its detail page.
Standard thread finishes
20/410, 24/410, 28/410 and 28/415 are the workhorses of cosmetics packaging. 18/415 and 32/410 extend the range for slim and wide bottles. These accept the vast majority of stock pumps, caps and droppers.
Metric and wide-mouth necks
20 mm to 28 mm metric necks for tight-fitting closures, and 54 mm, 58 mm and 68 mm wide-mouth openings for creams, gels and products that need to be scooped or poured.
Foam pump and special necks
40/410 and 43 mm foam-pump necks are available for foaming cleansers and hand soaps. Where a formula needs something unusual, we can cut a private mold to your closure — send us the sample.
Closures we supply
Disc-top caps, flip-tops, lotion pumps, mist and trigger sprayers, foam pumps, droppers and screw caps — as a matched assembly with the bottle, so the seal is our responsibility.
Send us your closure
Already own the cap, pump or sprayer? Post us a sample and we will test fit, torque and leak behaviour against the bottle before quoting. Fit problems are far cheaper to solve on a sample than in a container.
Decoration on the same line
Silk screen, labelling, hot stamp and spray coating are applied in-house, so a decorated bottle is not a second project with a second supplier and a second lead time.
How to use this catalog
Four steps from browsing to a quotation, for buyers who are comparing factories rather than just collecting a price.
Filter by material and capacity
Start from what your formula actually needs. If you are unsure whether PET or HDPE suits the product, ask us — it is a two-minute conversation that saves a sample round.
Open the product detail page
Each card links to a page with the bottle’s specifications and images, so you can check the neck finish and dimensions before making contact.
Request a sample
Nothing is approved from a photograph. We send physical samples so you can test fit, feel and print against your own closure and label artwork.
Get a quotation
Send capacity, material, closure, decoration and quantity. You get unit price, tooling cost if any, and lead time — clearly separated, not bundled into one figure.
Custom bottles on an existing mold
A private mold is not always necessary. With 2,000+ molds already in the library, many buyers get exactly what they need by taking the closest existing bottle and changing the things that carry the brand: colour, surface finish, decoration and closure. That removes tooling cost entirely and shortens the timeline, because there is no tool to design, cut and trial.
Shijin has manufactured plastic packaging since 2003 from 15,000 m² of production space across Shenzhen, Huizhou and Guangzhou, running 30+ production lines with a capacity of 200,000 pieces per day. For custom accessories and closures, orders start at 5,000 pcs in white, black or natural, or 10,000 pcs for custom colours.
No tooling cost
Using a stock mold removes the single largest one-off cost in a packaging project and the risk that comes with it.
Faster to a sample
No tool to cut means samples are produced from an existing mold, so colour and decoration can be evaluated much sooner.
Proven dimensions
A mold already in production has a known, repeatable output — fewer surprises at the packing table or on a filling line.
