The right resin for the job
We help you choose the material that protects your formula and fits your budget — including GRS-certified PCR for brands with sustainability commitments.
High clarity (up to 95%), excellent gas barrier, pressure-resistant.
Best for: transparent cosmetic & beverage-grade bottles. Not for hot-fill or strong acids/alkalis.
Outstanding chemical resistance to strong acids and alkalis; tough and impact-safe.
Best for: detergents, cleaners, shampoos. Slightly porous — not for volatiles.
Heat-resistant, impact-resistant, acid/alkali tolerant.
Best for: caps, pumps, sprayers and hot-fill jars.
Premium clarity with better chemical resistance than PET.
Best for: high-end serums & treatment lines. Higher material cost.
Recycled PET/PE resin for a lower carbon footprint.
Best for: EU/US brands with sustainability targets. GRS-certified supply.
Make it unmistakably yours
PET/PETG can be run crystal clear or high-gloss; PE/PP can be natural, solid, pearl, matte-frosted or soft-touch. Every finish below is produced in-house so color and texture stay consistent batch to batch.

How to shortlist a bottle without a second sampling round
Most programmes lose time in the same place: a bottle is approved, then the closure does not fit, and the whole thing goes back for another round. The way to avoid it is to fix the neck finish before the bottle shape is drawn. The finishes we run most are 18/410, 20/410, 24/410 and 28/410, and each one defines which pumps, sprayers, droppers and caps you can use — for the life of the product, not just for this order.
The second decision is material, and it should follow the formula rather than the mood board. PET gives clarity and good barrier for most cosmetic and personal-care products; PETG steps up when the wall is thick or the formula is more aggressive; PE and HDPE are the honest answer for anything with strong acids, alkalis or solvents. A supplier who asks what is going into the bottle before quoting is asking the right question.
The third is decoration, and it interacts with the first two. Silk screen, hot stamping, spray coating and labelling all run in-house, but the artwork has to suit the panel and the print has to suit the material — polyethylene needs surface treatment before it will hold ink at all. Settling all three at the start is what turns a two-round sampling process into a one-round one. Keeping all three on one site is what makes it possible — that is the logic behind our one-stop packaging service.
What to send us so the first quote is the real quote
Four pieces of information turn an estimate into a quote: bottle size, material, neck finish and how the product is dispensed. If there is a pump or sprayer involved, add the viscosity — output is matched to thickness, and a sprayer that mists beautifully with water can stream with a slightly heavier product. Missing viscosity is the single most common reason a first sample disappoints.
Minimums are 5,000 pcs for white, black and natural closures and accessories and 10,000 pcs for custom colours, and more than 2,000 moulds are already in the library so most projects start with no tooling charge. Samples on a stock mould are typically ready in 3–10 days, and colour is matched in-house and confirmed on a physical sample before production begins.
It also helps to tell us the sales channel. A bottle going to a retail shelf and the same bottle going in a parcel need different things — the parcel version cares about top-load strength and closure locks, the shelf version about print and presence. That one sentence changes what we recommend, and it costs nothing to include.
Branding done under one roof
Silk screen, labeling and hot stamping run in-house; specialty processes are tested and signed off before mass production so there are no surprises. Decoration is one leg of our one-stop packaging programme — mould making, blowing and closure injection sit on the same site.
Note: PE bottles receive flame + water-hanging tests before printing to prevent ink peeling. Electroplating, hot-stamp and water-transfer are always sample-approved and signed before running — we never over-promise a finish we haven’t proven on your bottle.
Stock-mold samples ship fast; private molds follow after tooling sign-off.
Small trial runs available (a start-up fee applies under 10k pcs). Accessories from 5,000 pcs in white/black/natural.
Every design is validated at 0.6–0.8 MPa air pressure and a 1–1.2 m drop before it ships.
