When you submit the quote form or email us, we collect the details you provide — name / company, email, product interest, capacity, quantity and message. We also collect anonymous analytics (pages visited, approximate region) to improve the site.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and (with your consent) send occasional product updates. We never sell your data.
3. Sharing
Information is shared only with internal sales / engineering staff and, where needed, vetted production partners to fulfill your request. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.
4. Data retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months to serve repeat projects, then deleted unless you ask us to remove them earlier.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing zongwinc@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
