Two proven production flows
PET runs a two-stage pre-form + stretch-blow route for clarity and strength; PE/PP is extrusion-blown in a single step for speed and chemical resistance.

Resin is dried at 170–180°C for 3–4 h; masterbatch at 100–120°C for 2 h — controlled moisture is what keeps walls clear and strong.

Our on-site mold shop designs, cuts and maintains tooling — so a private bottle stays exclusively yours, iterations are fast, and repairs never stall your production.
