Vertical integration, end to end

Injection, stretch-blow and extrusion-blow, plus in-house printing and an on-site mold shop — the whole chain sits under our roof, so nothing critical is outsourced.

Injection Molding

Injection Molding

16 injection-molding machines produce PET pre-forms, caps, pumps and closures with tight neck tolerances.

Stretch Blow

Stretch Blow

PET pre-forms are stretch-blown into crystal-clear bottles with even wall distribution and high strength.

PET bottles · high clarity
Extrusion Blow

Extrusion Blow

30+ automatic lines extrusion-blow PE/PP bottles in a single step — from soft squeeze to rigid cleaners.

HDPE / PP · one-step
Silk Screen & Decoration

How a bottle is made

Two proven production flows

PET runs a two-stage pre-form + stretch-blow route for clarity and strength; PE/PP is extrusion-blown in a single step for speed and chemical resistance.

Resin is dried at 170–180°C for 3–4 h; masterbatch at 100–120°C for 2 h — controlled moisture is what keeps walls clear and strong.

In-house mold shop
In-house tooling

Your private mold, built & kept in-house

Our on-site mold shop designs, cuts and maintains tooling — so a private bottle stays exclusively yours, iterations are fast, and repairs never stall your production.

  • Mold numbering by material: PET tools = SJT, PE tools = SJE
  • Design → sample → sign-off before mass production
  • On-site maintenance keeps lead times reliable
  • Tooling stays confidential and exclusive to your brand

What actually runs on the floor

Three plants in Shenzhen, Huizhou and Guangzhou give us roughly 15,000 square metres and more than 30 production lines, with capacity of up to 200,000 pieces a day. That number is only useful to you in one specific way: it means a launch order and a repeat order are scheduling questions rather than capacity questions, which is where most supply relationships actually break down.

The four processes that matter are all in-house — injection moulding for preforms and closures, stretch blow for PET, extrusion blow for PE and HDPE, and silk screen with hot stamping and labelling for decoration. Keeping decoration under the same roof as moulding is what makes a five-colour design economical at cosmetic volumes, and it is also what stops a printing problem from turning into a three-week argument between two suppliers. That single-site arrangement is the basis of our one-stop packaging service.

We also cut and keep our own tooling. More than 2,000 moulds are already in the library, which is why most programmes can start without a tooling charge, and when a project does need a private mould it is built and stored by us rather than bought from a third party and left to drift.

Where quality control actually happens

Quality control is only useful when it runs during production rather than after it. In practice that means first-article approval before a run starts, in-process inspection at defined intervals while it runs, and a final check against the approved sample before anything is packed. A defect found at first-article costs minutes; the same defect found at final inspection costs the whole run.

Closure performance gets tested as an assembly, not as a component. Pumps and sprayers are validated for pressure retention and drop resistance, and we test the bottle, closure and liner together — because what fails in a container is the sealing system working against pressure and vibration, not a pump sitting on a bench.

For regulated markets we hold ISO 9001 for the quality system, supply FDA food-contact compliance documentation for the resin, and can provide SGS test reports, EU 10/2011 documentation for food-contact plastics and GRS certification for PCR content. Ask for the specific documents your market requires at quotation stage — some are tied to a resin lot and are far easier to prepare alongside production than to reconstruct afterwards.

Before you order

Manufacturing questions, answered

The five questions every buyer asks before placing a packaging order — answered with our actual terms. For what sits above a single order — mould, bottle, closure, decoration and assembly under one contract — see our one-stop packaging overview.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces on stock molds. Smaller pilot runs and private molds can be discussed case by case.

How long does sampling take?

Stock-mold samples typically ship in 7–10 days. For a new private mold we confirm the tooling and sampling schedule up front, before you commit.

Which certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001:2015, FDA, SGS, EU 10/2011, CE and GRS (Global Recycled Standard). Certificates and dated test reports are available on request for audits and customs.

Can you build a private, exclusive mold?

Yes. Our on-site mold shop designs and keeps your tooling in-house, numbered by material (SJT for PET, SJE for PE), so your bottle stays exclusive to your brand and iterations never stall production.

Where are your factories located?

Two plants in Guangdong, China — Shenzhen Pingshan and Huizhou Huiyang — covering injection, stretch-blow and extrusion-blow under one roof.
