Terms of use.
The terms that apply when you browse this site and request a quote.
1. Quotes & orders
Quotes are indications based on the details you provide and are valid for 30 days. A formal order is confirmed only by our written order acknowledgment and signed agreement.
2. Intellectual property
Product images, text and private-mold designs on this site remain the property of Shenzhen Shijin Plastic Packaging. Private-mold designs are exclusive to the commissioning client.
3. Sampling & tooling
Sampling and tooling fees are quoted separately. Tooling paid by the client is stored for the client's repeat runs and not reused for third parties.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Complaints must be raised within 7 days of receipt.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then by the competent courts in Shenzhen.
