How to Choose Your Material
Choose PET if your formula is water-based and you need glass-like clarity (up to 95% light transmission). Best for serums, toners, and visually-driven skincare lines where shelf appeal matters.
Choose HDPE if your product contains acids, alkalis, or solvents — HDPE is chemically inert and impact-safe. Best for detergents, cleaners, and shampoos in opaque or solid-color packaging.
Choose PP if you need heat-resistant closures and hot-fill compatibility. Best for caps, pumps, sprayers, and jars that undergo warm-fill processes.
Choose PETG if you want premium thick-wall clarity with better chemical resistance than standard PET. Best for high-end serum bottles and treatment lines.
Choose PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) if your brand runs a recycled-content program and needs documented PCR supply-chain records for EU or US compliance. Available in PET and HDPE grades.
Three-stage QC, every batch
Quality is built in, not inspected at the end. Raw material inspection, in-line process control, and final AQL sampling — every step documented.
Incoming (IQC)
Resin pellets tested for melt index & colour consistency; pump/spray samples checked for fit, torque & spray pattern. COA & batch records archived per ISO 9001.
In-Process (IPQC)
Wall thickness gauging at 4 points per cavity; weight tolerance ±2%; visual defect scan (flash, sink marks, streaks) every 30 min. Out-of-spec units quarantined immediately.
Outgoing (OQC)
AQL 2.5 visual + dimensional check; drop test from 1.2m onto concrete; air-pressure leak test on all closures. Full QC report shipped with each lot.

Serum dropper line
PETG serum dropper bottles (SJT series), 15–50ml, custom gold cap. First order 12K units sampled in 8 days, now on 3rd reorder totaling 68K pcs across 18 months.
Body wash range
HDPE body wash bottles (SJE series, 200–500ml) with disc-top caps. 4 consecutive reorders, zero defect claims. Total shipped: 140K+ units since 2024.
PCR PET switch
PCR PET trigger spray bottles (30% post-consumer recycled), supplied with full recycled-material supply-chain documentation. Initial run 25K units, expanded to 80K for Q2 delivery.
Airless jar set
Custom PETG airless jar set (30ml/50ml) with private mould tooling. 45-day mould lead time, exclusive design agreement. First batch 8K units delivered June 2026.
