The new additions, grouped
Ten configurations landed, and they cluster into three useful families. The PE lotion/detergent group covers 300 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml in a 28 mm neck, plus 500 ml and 530 ml cosmetic shapes in 28–32 mm necks — all squeezable, surfactant-resistant workhorses for shampoo, lotion and detergent. The transparent PET group adds 475 ml, 580 ml and 650 ml bottles in 28–58 mm necks for clear, premium formulas.
| Family | Capacities | Neck | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| PE lotion / detergent | 300 / 500 / 1000 ml | 28 mm | Shampoo, lotion, detergent |
| PE cosmetic | 300 / 500 / 530 ml | 28–32 mm | Lotion, body wash |
| PET transparent | 475 / 580 / 650 ml | 28–58 mm | Clear premium formulas |
Choosing the right one
Pick by formula chemistry and shelf look, not just capacity. Surfactant-based formulas (shampoo, detergent) belong in PE, which resists the chemistry and gives an opaque, squeezable body; water-clear or lightly tinted formulas that need a glass-like premium look belong in PET. The neck choice follows the closure — a 28 mm neck takes a standard lotion pump or flip cap, while the wider 58 mm neck suits a disc-top or high-flow pump.
Every shape can be coloured with masterbatch and decorated with silk screen, hot stamping or a label, and matched to a pump, spray or cap. If the exact gram weight or shoulder profile matters for your fill line, send the spec and we will point you to the closest stock shape or quote a custom mold.
Questions buyers ask us most
How do I request samples of new bottles?
Reach out via the contact page with the product name; we ship samples for most stock shapes.
Can new arrivals be custom coloured?
Yes — colour and decoration apply to any stock shape once it is released.
How do I pick between the PE and PET new arrivals?
Choose PE for surfactant-based or opaque formulas (it is chemically resistant and squeezable) and PET when you need a clear, premium look. Neck and closure then follow the product’s dispense method.
Can I get a lower MOQ on these new bottles?
Most of these are stock shapes, so low-MOQ private-label runs and samples are available — contact us with the product name and target quantity.
What cosmetic formulas demand from the bottle
For cosmetic fills the bottle is part of the compliance and performance chain, not just a container. The body has to hold the formula without stress cracking or leaching, survive the filling line, and stay readable after months on a shelf or in a warehouse.
Across our 30+ blow-molding lines we see the same non-negotiables: a neck that seats the closure squarely, wall thickness tuned to the fill weight, and colour and decoration that survive transport and UV. A bottle that passes the bench test but fails the warehouse is not a pass.
If the formula is viscous, acidic or solvent-based, tell us at the enquiry stage. The resin choice and the lining of the closure both shift, and selecting them early is far cheaper than re-tooling after a failed stability test.
Capacities we stock for cosmetic
| Model | Material | Capacity | Neck |
|---|---|---|---|
| SJT0162 | PET | 162 ml | 28 mm |
| Custom 400ml HDPE Bath & Body Bott | HDPE | 400 ml | 28/410 |
| SJE0052 | PE | 500 ml | Custom |
| SJT0569 | PET | 100 ml | 18 mm |
These are stock shapes from our catalogue — the same tools a buyer samples first before committing to a custom mold. Capacities run from small trial sizes to bulk drums, so most cosmetic programmes can start from an existing mold and skip tooling lead time.
Sampling from a stock mold also de-risks the launch: you get a real, fill-tested bottle in days, validate it on your line, then scale or customise once the volume is proven.
Compliance and documentation
Every food-contact and pharma-adjacent bottle we make is produced under ISO 9001 controls, with FDA, SGS and EU 10/2011 food-contact documentation available on request. For export we supply the material certificate and, where required, UN-marked HDPE options for chemical transport.
If your market needs a specific claim (BPA-free, documented recycled content, tamper-evident), tell us at the sampling stage so we select the right resin and closure before the first run.
Sampling and first-run support
Because the tool is cut in-house, sampling lead time is typically 3–10 days from drawing to first article. We hold the first-article sample against the drawing, confirm wall and weight, and only then move to bulk.
For a new programme that means you can prove the bottle on your filling line before committing to a large order — and repeats stay consistent because the same mold and resin are used on every run.
Not sure which bottle, material or neck finish is right? Send your spec and we will point you to the closest stock shape or quote a custom mold.
