The SJE1910-500 is a 500 ml PE cosmetic bottle neck built around a 28 mm neck — a clean, stable body shaped for premium body and hand care lines. Stock tooling means short lead times and colour matched to your artwork.
Design Features
- Precision 28 mm finish seats lotion pumps, screw caps and disc-tops without leakage under normal filling torque.
- PE stays squeezable and chemical-resistant, ideal for thicker daily-use formulas.
- Existing mold supports low-MOQ re-orders for seasonal and test runs.
- Decoration done in-house: silk-screen, hot-stamp and labelling applied before packing.
Material
PE (polyethylene) is squeezable, chemically resistant and well suited to thicker formulas and daily-use products. It is recyclable and can be supplied in natural, white or matched colour. Molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.

What capacity options are available?+
This item is 500 ml. The Plastic Lotion Bottles family runs from 50 ml to 580 ml across 18 sizes — including 50 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 230 ml, 240 ml, 250 ml, 280 ml, 300 ml. A capacity outside that range needs a private mould.
Can the bottle be customized?+

Can I use a stock mold?+
Yes — this item is already moulded in a stock mould, so there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time. Shijin holds 2,000+ stock moulds across PET, PE, HDPE and PETG. Colour, printing and labelling are all applied to a stock mould at no tooling cost; only a new bottle shape or a new capacity needs private tooling.
Can the closure be customized?+
The neck finish on this item is 28 mm. Closures we supply for it: Flip-top cap, Disc-top cap, Lotion pump. Closure colour, printing and material are all customisable, and an exclusive closure tool can be developed if nothing standard fits.
What decoration options are available?+
Silk-screen printing (up to 6 colours), hot stamping in gold and silver, pressure-sensitive labels, spray coating and soft-touch. Standard finishes are high-gloss, matte-frosted, pearl and soft-touch.
What is the MOQ?+
MOQ is 5,000 pcs. Custom colours start at 10,000 pcs, so a 5,000 pc run ships in a stock colour with your printing applied. Mixed models can be combined towards the same tier.
Can you make this 500ml polyethylene bottle as a private mold or with custom color/printing?+
Yes. We run in-house molding, blow-molding, and decoration. Private molds, Pantone color matching, silk-screen printing (up to 6 colors), hot stamping, labeling, and metallic coating are all available, with pre-production samples in 7 days.
