Material
PET gives high clarity and a premium glass-like look while staying lightweight and impact-resistant. It is recyclable and shows the fill colour true; food-grade resin is available. Note PET is not rated for hot-fill above 60°C. All parts are molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.

150ml PET PET Cosmetic Bottle – Wholesale Manufacturer is moulded in PET — clear, lightweight and fully recyclable. A PCR (post-consumer recycled) version is available on request; it ships with recycled-content supply-chain records for the resin rather than the material test reports used for virgin resin.
What capacity options are available?+
This item is 150 ml. The Plastic Cosmetic Bottles family runs from 19 ml to 1000 ml across 38 sizes — including 19 ml, 20 ml, 30 ml, 40 ml, 45 ml, 50 ml, 60 ml, 80 ml. A capacity outside that range needs a private mould.
Can the bottle be customized?+

Can I use a stock mold?+
Yes — this item is already moulded in a stock mould, so there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time. Shijin holds 2,000+ stock moulds across PET, PE, HDPE and PETG. Colour, printing and labelling are all applied to a stock mould at no tooling cost; only a new bottle shape or a new capacity needs private tooling.
Can the closure be customized?+
The neck finish on this item is 24/410. Closures we supply for it: Screw cap, Disc-top cap. Closure colour, printing and material are all customisable, and an exclusive closure tool can be developed if nothing standard fits.
What decoration options are available?+
Silk-screen printing (up to 6 colours), hot stamping in gold and silver, pressure-sensitive labels, spray coating and soft-touch. Decoration recorded for this item: Matte / frosted, High-gloss.
What is the MOQ?+
MOQ is 5,000 pcs. Custom colours start at 10,000 pcs, so a 5,000 pc run ships in a stock colour with your printing applied. Mixed models can be combined towards the same tier.
Is this PET bottle food-safe?+
Yes. We use FDA-compliant and EU 10/2011 certified PET resin suitable for direct cosmetic and food-adjacent contact.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?+
Absolutely. Free samples (you pay courier) dispatched within 3 business days. We recommend testing closure compatibility with your actual formulation.
What is the lead time?+
15–20 days after artwork approval and deposit confirmation. Rush orders (10–12 days) available at a small premium.
