Bath & Body 480ml HDPE Body Wash Bottle – Wholesale Manufacturer is molded in HDPE — tough, chemical-resistant and squeezable. A PCR (post-consumer recycled) version is available on request; it ships with recycled-content supply-chain records for the resin rather than the material test reports used for virgin resin.
What capacity options are available?+
This item is 480 ml. The Plastic Bath Bottles family runs from 400 ml to 1800 ml across 17 sizes — including 400 ml, 420 ml, 430 ml, 458 ml, 530 ml, 550 ml, 600 ml, 680 ml. A capacity outside that range needs a private mold.

Yes — this item is already molded in a stock mold, so there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time. Shijin holds 2,000+ stock molds across PET, PE, HDPE and PETG. Colour, printing and labelling are all applied to a stock mold at no tooling cost; only a new bottle shape or a new capacity needs private tooling.
Can the closure be customized?+
The neck finish on this item is 28/410. Closures we supply for it: Screw cap, Disc-top cap. Closure colour, printing and material are all customisable, and an exclusive closure tool can be developed if nothing standard fits.
