Built as a 48 ml PET bottle with a 24 mm neck, the SJT0048 pairs a uniform wall with a brandable surface. Standard mold means faster sampling and Pantone-matched colour at no tooling cost.
Design Features
- Precision 24 mm finish seats lotion pumps, screw caps and disc-tops without leakage under normal filling torque.
- PET delivers glass-clear clarity at a fraction of the weight, with recyclable, impact-resistant walls.

Material
PET gives high clarity and a premium glass-like look while staying lightweight and impact-resistant. It is recyclable and shows the fill colour true; food-grade resin is available. Note PET is not rated for hot-fill above 60°C. All parts are molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.

What is the minimum order quantity?+
Uniform MOQ of 5,000 pcs, covering stock colors, screen printing, hot stamping, and other standard customization. New mold projects are quoted separately by bottle shape.
Can I get free samples?+
Existing stock samples are free of charge; shipping is collect or borne by the customer. Custom samples incur a sampling fee, which can be deducted from the bulk order.
What is the lead time?+
Stock / simple color matching: 7–15 days; screen printing / hot stamping: 15–25 days; new mold customization: 30–45 days (including mold making), subject to order confirmation.
Do you support export orders?+
Yes. We have years of export experience and can work under FOB Yantian Shenzhen and other trade terms, providing customs documents, certificate of origin (CO), etc.
How do you ensure printing is error-free?+
Triple-check process: client-approved artwork, pre-press film check, and first-article sign-off, preventing registration numbers, typos, and other errors at source.
Are the materials safe?+
We use brand-new food-grade raw materials, BPA-free, and can provide material test reports. PCR recycled material can come with recycled-content certification to meet EU/US environmental requirements.
How is bulk quality guaranteed?+
Fully in-house production from injection to printing to QC. Before shipment we inspect sealing, appearance, and print adhesion to ensure batch-to-batch color consistency, no leakage, and no color fading.
What are the payment terms?+
Standard orders: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. New mold projects: mold fee + deposit first. Long-term partners can negotiate terms. We accept T/T, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
How is the mold fee charged? Is it refundable?+
Mold fee depends on complexity and size, typically several thousand to over ten thousand RMB. It can be fully refunded after cumulative orders reach the agreed volume (usually 300k–500k pcs), as per contract.
Will there be color differences between batches?+
We use the same batch of raw materials, the same color formula, and the same machines, strictly controlling color difference within industry standard ΔE≤2. We recommend keeping reference samples across batches.
What if there are quality issues after receiving goods?+
Within 7 days of receipt, report any quality issues (leakage, printing errors, serious appearance defects) with photos. After verification we will resend or replace free of charge and bear the freight, ensuring risk-free purchasing.
