Detergent is surfactant-heavy and fine in HDPE; disinfectant depends on its active — quaternary ammonium, hypochlorite (bleach) or acid — each with its own gasket and liner needs; sanitiser is often alcohol-based, which is volatile and needs a tight seal and an alcohol-compatible liner.

HDPE is the default for detergents and most disinfectants because of its chemical resistance and squeezability. PET is reserved for mild, non-aggressive formulas where clarity matters, and is rarely the right call for a bleach or acid product.

What detergent formulas demand from the bottle

For detergent fills the bottle is part of the compliance and performance chain, not just a container. The body has to hold the formula without stress cracking or leaching, survive the filling line, and stay readable after months on a shelf or in a warehouse.

Because the tool is cut in-house, sampling lead time is typically 3–10 days from drawing to first article. We hold the first-article sample against the drawing, confirm wall and weight, and only then move to bulk.
