Built as a 500 ml PE round bottle with a 28 mm neck, the SJE1900-500 pairs a uniform wall with a brandable surface. Standard mold means faster sampling and Pantone-matched colour at no tooling cost.

This item is 500 ml. The Plastic Lotion Bottles family runs from 50 ml to 580 ml across 18 sizes — including 50 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 230 ml, 240 ml, 250 ml, 280 ml, 300 ml. A capacity outside that range needs a private mold.
Can the bottle be customized?+

Yes — this item is already molded in a stock mold, so there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time. Shijin holds 2,000+ stock molds across PET, PE, HDPE and PETG. Colour, printing and labelling are all applied to a stock mold at no tooling cost; only a new bottle shape or a new capacity needs private tooling.
Can the closure be customized?+
The neck finish on this item is 28 mm. Closures we supply for it: Lotion pump. Closure colour, printing and material are all customisable, and an exclusive closure tool can be developed if nothing standard fits.
What decoration options are available?+
Silk-screen printing (up to 6 colours), hot stamping in gold and silver, pressure-sensitive labels, spray coating and soft-touch. Standard finishes are high-gloss, matte-frosted, pearl and soft-touch.
What is the MOQ?+
MOQ is 5,000 pcs. Custom colours start at 10,000 pcs, so a 5,000 pc run ships in a stock colour with your printing applied. Mixed models can be combined towards the same tier.
Can this polyethylene bottle be made as a private mold or with custom embossing?+
Yes. We run in-house molding and blow-molding, so private molds, custom embossing, and exclusive shapes are available. Share your drawing or sample and we will engineer the tooling and provide pre-production samples within 7 days.
