Material
PE (polyethylene) is squeezable, chemically resistant and well suited to thicker formulas and daily-use products. It is recyclable and can be supplied in natural, white or matched colour. Molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.

Can I use a stock mold?+
Yes — this item is already molded in a stock mold, so there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time. Shijin holds 2,000+ stock molds across PET, PE, HDPE and PETG. Colour, printing and labelling are all applied to a stock mold at no tooling cost; only a new bottle shape or a new capacity needs private tooling.

The neck finish on this item is 43 mm (43 neck, foam pump). Closures we supply for it: Screw cap, Foam pump. Closure colour, printing and material are all customisable, and an exclusive closure tool can be developed if nothing standard fits.

Pricing quotes for SJE1715-350 typically include a standard 43mm foam pump. Pump upgrades (lockable, decorative collar, custom color) are available at additional cost.
What foam output does the pump deliver?+
Standard 43mm foam pumps deliver approximately 0.5ml of rich foam per stroke. High-output and low-output variants are available for customization.
Can this bottle be used for non-foaming liquids?+
While optimized for foam pumps, the 43mm neck can also accept a screw cap for non-foaming applications. However, for standard lotions/liquids we recommend our 28mm-neck bottles which offer more closure variety.
Is the ball shape stable enough for family use?+
Yes, the spherical design has a flat base that provides stable footing. The low center of gravity actually makes it more resistant to tipping than many tall cylindrical bottles.
