Often, yes. We hold 2,000+ existing molds, and many projects are built on the closest match plus custom colour, decoration and closure. That removes tooling cost and shortens the timeline considerably. Send us your desired capacity and shape and we will tell you honestly whether an existing mold is a good fit or whether a private mold is the better route.

MOQ depends on the product and the mold. For custom accessories and closures, orders start at 5,000 pcs in white, black or natural, or 10,000 pcs for custom colours. Stock-mold bottles can sometimes be supplied in smaller trial volumes with a start-up fee — ask, and we will tell you what is genuinely possible rather than quoting a blanket rule.

Private tooling is quoted and invoiced separately from the unit price, so you can see what you are paying for and what it buys. Many clients prefer this to a hidden tooling cost buried in the piece price. Where a project is large enough, amortising tooling across the order is a conversation worth having.

Yes. Silk screen, labelling, hot stamp and spray coating are all done in-house, so your artwork is applied under our own QC rather than by an outside printer. Colour is matched against an approved masterbatch sample and a physical standard chip is kept for reorder consistency.

Custom tooling is made for your project and can be marked with your own identification. We do not resell a client's private mold to another customer. If your brand requires it, we will sign your NDA before receiving technical drawings — that is standard practice for us, not an unusual request.

Add your destination country and any deadline you are working to, and the quote comes back with the right export documentation rather than needing a second round.

Always. Nothing enters mass production until you have approved a physical sample for shape, colour, finish and print. Stock-mold samples typically ship quickly; custom decoration samples take longer because the print setup has to be mounted. You will be told which applies before you commit.
