The SJT0436-250 transparent bottle neck in PET carries 250 ml and a 28 mm neck, tuned for skin care filling. In-house molding keeps batch-to-batch consistency for ongoing production.

Material
PET gives high clarity and a premium glass-like look while staying lightweight and impact-resistant. It is recyclable and shows the fill colour true; food-grade resin is available. Note PET is not rated for hot-fill above 60°C. All parts are molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.

Lotion 250ml PET Transparent Bottle 28mm Neck 35g for Serum, Oil & Travel Size is molded in PET — clear, lightweight and fully recyclable. A PCR (post-consumer recycled) version is available on request; it ships with recycled-content supply-chain records for the resin rather than the material test reports used for virgin resin.
What capacity options are available?+
This item is 250 ml. The Plastic Lotion Bottles family runs from 50 ml to 580 ml across 18 sizes — including 50 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 230 ml, 240 ml, 250 ml, 280 ml, 300 ml. A capacity outside that range needs a private mold.
Can the bottle be customized?+

Can I use a stock mold?+
Yes — this item is already molded in a stock mold, so there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time. Shijin holds 2,000+ stock molds across PET, PE, HDPE and PETG. Colour, printing and labelling are all applied to a stock mold at no tooling cost; only a new bottle shape or a new capacity needs private tooling.
Can the closure be customized?+
The neck finish on this item is 28 mm. Closures we supply for it: Flip-top cap, Disc-top cap, Lotion pump. Closure colour, printing and material are all customisable, and an exclusive closure tool can be developed if nothing standard fits.
What decoration options are available?+
Silk-screen printing (up to 6 colours), hot stamping in gold and silver, pressure-sensitive labels, spray coating and soft-touch. Standard finishes are high-gloss, matte-frosted, pearl and soft-touch.
What is the MOQ?+
MOQ is 5,000 pcs. Custom colours start at 10,000 pcs, so a 5,000 pc run ships in a stock colour with your printing applied. Mixed models can be combined towards the same tier.
Can you make this 250ml PET bottle as a private mold or with custom color/printing?+
Yes. We run in-house molding, blow-molding, and decoration. Private molds, Pantone color matching, silk-screen printing (up to 6 colors), hot stamping, labeling, and metallic coating are all available, with pre-production samples in 7 days.
