The SJE-1849-150 is a 150 ml PET lotion empty pump bottle with neck built around a 24 mm neck — a clean, stable body shaped for premium body and hand care lines. Stock tooling means short lead times and colour matched to your artwork.
Design Features
- Precision 24 mm finish seats lotion pumps, screw caps and disc-tops without leakage under normal filling torque.
- PET delivers glass-clear clarity at a fraction of the weight, with recyclable, impact-resistant walls.
- Existing mold supports low-MOQ re-orders for seasonal and test runs.
- Decoration done in-house: silk-screen, hot-stamp and labelling applied before packing.
Material
PET gives high clarity and a premium glass-like look while staying lightweight and impact-resistant. It is recyclable and shows the fill colour true; food-grade resin is available. Note PET is not rated for hot-fill above 60°C. All parts are molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.

What material is this bottle made from?+
150ml PET Lotion Empty Pump Bottle with 24mm Neck 30g is molded in PET — clear, lightweight and fully recyclable. A PCR (post-consumer recycled) version is available on request; it ships with recycled-content supply-chain records for the resin rather than the material test reports used for virgin resin.
What capacity options are available?+
This item is 150 ml. The rest of the PE Bottles family covers 8 more sizes — 12 ml, 50 ml, 170 ml, 200 ml, 246 ml, 380 ml, 500 ml, 505 ml. Any of them can be quoted with the closure and decoration you need.
Can the bottle be customized?+
Yes. OEM/ODM accepted. Colour options on this item: Clear / Custom.
Can I use a stock mold?+
Yes — this item is already molded in a stock mold, so there is no tooling cost and no tooling lead time. Shijin holds 2,000+ stock molds across PET, PE, HDPE and PETG. Colour, printing and labelling are all applied to a stock mold at no tooling cost; only a new bottle shape or a new capacity needs private tooling.
Can the closure be customized?+
The neck finish on this item is 24 mm. We supply screw caps, flip-tops, disc-tops, lotion pumps, foam pumps, mist sprayers, trigger sprayers and dropper caps. Closure colour, printing and material are all customisable, and an exclusive closure tool can be developed if nothing standard fits.
What decoration options are available?+
Silk-screen printing (up to 6 colours), hot stamping in gold and silver, pressure-sensitive labels, spray coating and soft-touch. Decoration recorded for this item: Matte / frosted, High-gloss.
What is the MOQ?+
MOQ is 5,000 pcs. Custom colours start at 10,000 pcs, so a 5,000 pc run ships in a stock colour with your printing applied. Mixed models can be combined towards the same tier.
