The SJE1855-500 is a 500 ml PET hand wash empty dispenser bottle with neck built around a 24 mm neck — a clean, stable body shaped for premium body and hand care lines. Stock tooling means short lead times and colour matched to your artwork.
Design Features
- Precision 24 mm finish seats lotion pumps, screw caps and disc-tops without leakage under normal filling torque.
- PET delivers glass-clear clarity at a fraction of the weight, with recyclable, impact-resistant walls.
- Stock tooling keeps lead times short and re-orders simple.
- Decoration done in-house: silk-screen, hot-stamp and labelling applied before packing.
Material
PET gives high clarity and a premium glass-like look while staying lightweight and impact-resistant. It is recyclable and shows the fill colour true; food-grade resin is available. Note PET is not rated for hot-fill above 60°C. All parts are molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.
