Built as a 400 ml PET facial toner empty spray bottle with neck with a 20 mm neck, the SJT0561-400 pairs a uniform wall with a brandable surface. Standard mold means faster sampling and Pantone-matched colour at no tooling cost.
Design Features
- Precision 20 mm finish seats dropper, serum pump and screw caps without leakage under normal filling torque.
- PET delivers glass-clear clarity at a fraction of the weight, with recyclable, impact-resistant walls.
- Existing mold supports low-MOQ re-orders for seasonal and test runs.
- Decoration done in-house: silk-screen, hot-stamp and labelling applied before packing.
Material
PET gives high clarity and a premium glass-like look while staying lightweight and impact-resistant. It is recyclable and shows the fill colour true; food-grade resin is available. Note PET is not rated for hot-fill above 60°C. All parts are molded in-house under ISO 9001:2015.
