How bottles leave the factory

Shipping terms decide who arranges freight, who clears customs and who carries the risk. Picking the right Incoterm is the first shipping decision, before carton size or transit time.

FOB Shenzhen — you control ocean freight

The default term. We deliver cleared goods on board the vessel at Shenzhen; you (or your forwarder) book and pay the ocean freight and handle arrival. This keeps freight negotiation in your hands and is the cleanest basis for comparing quotes.

CIF and DDP

Under CIF we arrange and pay freight to your port; you handle import clearance. For EU customers, DDP is available — we handle customs clearance and VAT, so the goods arrive duty-paid. Air freight is available for urgent or repeat orders.

Export packing

Bottles are individually poly-bagged, layered in 5-ply cartons and capped at 20 kg per carton, then palletised on heat-treated ISPM-15 compliant wooden pallets (up to 800 kg per pallet) and stretch-wrapped. Internal dividers or PE-bag separation prevent scratching in transit.

Transit time

Transit is quoted per project. Sea freight is economical and slower; air freight is faster for urgent or repeat orders. We give a window tied to your port rather than a fixed number, because routing and season both move it.

Documents that travel with the shipment

ISO 9001 records, food-contact documentation for the resin, the QC report per lot and any product-specific test reports travel with the shipment. The packing list, commercial invoice and the compliance documents for the destination market are prepared before the container is loaded, not after.

Preventing damage in transit

Carton count, labelling and shipping marks are checked against the packing list. Drop testing on packed units is specified where the route justifies it. AQL 2.5 acceptance sampling is applied to the finished batch before it is cartoned.
